I am a certified Coach. I value training and expertise. My certification demonstrates both the time invested and education received to become skilled in my profession. I am also a licensed mental health provider and master’s-level clinician. And while coaching is different than therapy, my clinical skills enhance my ability to help clients achieve their coaching goals and detect mental health issues in the workplace.
I have 13 years of experience working with executives and leaders. I have learned that what they value is confidentiality, integrity, and honesty. I am a professional who is skilled at listening, direct when needed, and understands the benefits of learning and development for leaders and conversely have witnessed the impact an ineffective leader can have on a company.
I have held leadership roles both within and outside of the Human Resource Department. This unique position has helped me understand how effective HR is in supporting, motivating and engaging the workforce, but also how limited their reach can be at providing coaching services to managers who do not want to talk about their challenges or struggles with colleagues.
I recognize a company’s success is largely dependent on the effectiveness of its leaders.
I believe each of us is equipped with strengths and talents that make us effective at what we do. However, good leaders are not just born but actively nurtured through personal and professional development. Leadership coaching answers that need.

I focus on building strong relationships.
Coaching is all about connection. If you make a good connection with someone and build trust and rapport, you have set the groundwork for a successful coaching relationship. I achieve this by getting to know you and learning what matters to you. Then collaboratively, we create a plan to help you achieve your goals.
