What happens in a coaching session?

After an introductory session, we will work to understand your specific needs. We will go over the assessment and create a plan for addressing your goals and growth points. Each session will also include a micro training topic to allow you to develop important skills that consider your experience, ability and education. This personalized approach allows you to ask questions specific to your needs and promotes vulnerability and genuineness.

How does my session take place?

Our sessions are primarily by video and will be scheduled through Simply.Coach. After scheduling, you’ll receive a confirmation email to your email address detailing the time and date of your sessions. Simply.Coach integrates with Zoom for a seamless user video session experience.

Are coaching sessions confidential?

Every conversation that you have with your coach is completely confidential, with two exceptions- 1) if you tell your coach that you want something to be reported back to your company, we can work with you to meet that request; 2) we also have a duty to report employee threats of imminent harm to self or others back to the company.



We aggregate trends and themes across sessions and may share these with company leadership to support their work in improving the employee experience.  You will be able to see the data that is reported to your company.

Can you help me communicate with my company to support my coaching journey?

Yes. We would love to work with your company to help you seek reimbursement, gather feedback and incorporate company goals along with your own personal growth points to ensure optimal skill and leadership development.

How does Leadership Coaching affect my company goals and performance?

Do you offer training?

Yes. Ask us about our comprehensive training packages or individualized training services designed to meet your company’s needs.

Can we add personalized micro-skills training topics that are not listed?

Yes. You can request specific individual or company micro-skills that you would like your leaders to learn about and discuss in coaching sessions or team meetings. This may extend the number of sessions required, but for specific information, please reach out to us.
