How Our Services Work

Below are the steps for implementing the Transformative Leadership Coaching Package which includes working with individual leaders and teams. If you are looking to implement our services for individual leaders within your company and not a team, the steps below are similar but will not include the leadership team component.

How Leadership Coaching Works

First this : Free Consultation Phone Call or Video Chat

We schedule a 30-minute call, so we can learn about the needs of your company and answer any questions you may have about our services. This is a great opportunity for us to see if we are a good fit for each other.

Then this : meet in person

Once you have decided to engage in our services, we want to get to know your team. We meet with Company Leadership and Human Resource Leaders to understand the company goals and mission and learn what you hope to gain within the organization. We get to know the heart of your company and what makes your business important. Our services are individualized to meet the needs of the leaders who will receive coaching, the company in which they work, and the culture of the environment they serve.  This information will help us provide the most effective service to your team.

Then this : Appoint an Internal Advocate

You will designate a company point of contact. This person will sign forms, answer questions, and be the champion for the Leadership Coaching Program. This appointee can range from the head of Human Resources to the CEO of the company.  During this stage, we review policies and procedures to set us all up for success.

Then this : Launch Coaching and Team Sessions

Individual and Team assessments will be conducted to create a plan for coaching and team sessions. At this point, we will schedule team meetings and individual coaching sessions. Team meetings help to impact the organization as a whole and provide managers with the opportunity to build team skills. Coaches and individual leaders will schedule sessions, meet, and progress through one-on-one coaching intended to increase individual skills and performance.

lastly this : Receive Aggregate Report and Implement with Second Level Teams

You will receive an aggregate report demonstrating trends and themes across sessions. The more participants in the program will increase the data we can provide to ensure the confidentiality of participants. This report is intended to help your business, support your leaders and improve employee experience.
